If money or escrow is involved, open a dispute from the trade room first. That keeps evidence connected to the exact transaction.
For vendor review questions, include your application email, display name, country, and the external P2P profiles you submitted.
If you notice fake staff, suspicious payment instructions, duplicate accounts, or a bug that affects funds, report it with screenshots immediately.
